If the camera is the focus then your choice should be a Pro. The downside is Apple sells only the current model Pro. Still…

Considering the 16 Pro also has more RAM than usual to help power Apple Intelligence and does NOT have the usual difference between Pro and Pro Max, my suggestion is still the 16 Pro with Apple Care.
