I thought I could travel with just carry-on, then buy a bunch of candy while in Canada, package it all up, and mail it back. I got boxes, packaging tape, even a scale and tape measure, but in the end, the shipping costs where quite steep, and the custom labels were a fucking chore. It cost me less to buy a suitcase, fill it up, and pay the airline feel for checked baggage. It's full. Of candy. I feel like I've accomplished some great achievement.
