Ohio State only fell to seventh. What an absolute joke. -- nm

Take a look at SMU’s schedule. -- nm

I see one less to a team better than anyone PSU / Indiana played and a better loss than to Michigan.

I just don’t see a quality win there. -- nm

Who is OSU's quality win?

I’m saying that none of them have a quality win so it’s just a big jumble of mediocrity for those spots and it’s hard to argue for any of them. -- nm

But based on rankings, those ARE quality. -- nm

That’s the tricky part. SMU, Indiana and Boise State. But they all only have one loss. -- nm

Everyone through #13. They weren't punished at all for losing to a terrible football team missing its two best defenders. -- nm

Eh. Just looking at SMU who is next - they lost to BYU who couldn’t even make the Big12 Championship Game and didn’t play an ACC team with <3 losses.

Right? Shuffle the whole thing! (Ohio State 38-Indiana 15 *eight days ago*). I hate Ohio State too. But

That's the way it works. When you lose, you drop.

Indiana should fall with them. They’re not better than OSU and ISU is overrated so drop em both.

I kind of said that in this thread. But what's done is done. David wants OSU behind Indiana. Can't do it. -- nm

I think David would put Indiana so far behind OSU it wouldn’t matter.

They are, but they won by 66 this week. OSU fought harder over a flag than a W. -- nm

BYU is #17. That's night and day different than losing at home to a 5-loss team missing its two best defenders.

It just seems to me that once you get past the top 6 (after removing Penn St) it’s a whole bunch of mediocre teams you could almost put in any order. -- nm

All I know is that I think UT is overachieving, and my greatest hope is we get Penn State, Indiana, or OSU in the playoffs.

Same but I’d rather host than go to Ohio State. -- nm
