They actually did a good job the last time they re-did I-90 from the suburbs. I'm usually going 75+ the entire time on the interstate. The worst part -- (edited)

is honestly the last mile getting on. The intersection is a stoplight (Randall Rd.) and they changed it so northbound we have a right hand turn lane that starts 2 lights back.
I would've thought this would be better than no turn lane but now the "good people" line up in the turn lane (which backs up through 2 lights) and the assholes just gun it in the normal lane and cut in right before the light. It makes the turn lane back up more and half the time they get stuck blocking their lane too.
That turn lane really needs to be an on-ramp but the oncoming southbound light is a 2 lane left turn so they're using both lanes of the onramp.
