The other company sells nutritional supplements in Alex Jones' name, so you know they are grifters looking to perpetuate InfoWars as a source of fabricated news.

The sticking point appears to be that without the family's money, the bid looks much worse. This is just typical bankruptcy court nonsense. -- nm
