latest posting. Tons of applications from people not remotely qualified. It was just noise. I don't think it's the ONLY way (see my other reply) but it will help. I'm not convinced LinkedIn is the avenue. I've never engaged with it personally so it seems like a shitshow to me but some people swear by it.
