Sounds like a good idea as well as raising the gas tax since that hasn't paid for upkeep or maintenance of the roads in decades. -- nm

WA added some 55 cents a gallon gas tax plus 10% sales tax on that and other federal taxes added to the actual cost of the fuel. -- nm
