you're breathing in and out, and you're putting one foot in front of the other, and you're taking care of business. all of those kinds of things are necessary to get you to a better place again - work and your own place and a good quality of life.

good things are ahead for you, i just know it. the big picture is overwhelming, i'm sure; but little steps will get you there, so please keep taking them. and know we're here to push you on when you need it.

you have a whole community at the ready to cheerlead you to success. even mick., and um, he's in his cheerleading outfit. don't stare! ;) -
