(The reason I say that about the drums: that means you can use the GH drums to play RB, but you can't use the RB drums to play GH drum songs.)

I don't think, because RB drums only have 4 pads and a bass pedal (so can only play 5 notes). GH has 5 pads and a bass pedal, so 6 notes.
