I have to admit - there are times when I learn of things first here - and that's just excellent for social conversations

I've often "surfed" ST before going out to parties - just to have some "current events" talking points. I'd be sad if things got censored as not belonging on ST. It'd be like when TT had posts saying "take it to the sports board" or "take it to the movies board" ... I like the variety here.
