they have some odd accounting system, they only issue refunds once a month and then the doctor himself has to approve it and no one seems to know how long that takes.

that is totally unacceptable. 30 days is pushing it but 60? I don't think so.

account balance was A - I over paid it by B - subtract - it's all right there in black/white. no discounts were taken/given.

what the hell people?
