ha! (i actually miss some i used to work with sometimes, aww.)
yah, it is slow. i hope it's worth it - the person who caused everything doesn't have much; but apparently they can make me jump through all kinds of hoops to get anything. (what i most want is there to be some consequence other than a higher insurance rate for her.)
