Oh, I know this game - it just has a different name. In the rules I know, 2's reset, 10's clear the board and also...

in addition to the cards in your hand, and you have four cards face down on the table in front of you, with four cards face up on top.
Once your hand is empty, you have to play with the face-up cards, and once you've done that, the face-down ones (which you play blind)
