I was in a nasty-bad car accident a couple of years ago and went through 2+ years of medical ick (some remains; but I've been back to working for a month, woo). I always said I knew I was fortunate because it was only bones that were badly hurt. brain stuff = extra ayiyi-y, to say the least.
so glad you made it through! and that your more, uh, pressing issue was discovered, no matter the way!
