you can choose who sees what you post there, so at least you're somewhat limiting risk that way.

your use of a company computer can still allow them to trace what you're doing/where you're going, but at least you'd be out of the forever googleable aspect of things. (and, of course, private stuff could still be retrievable through legal channels, if circumstances presented the appropriate way.)
