She wants to get lunch because school will start soon and I will be to busy to hang out.

She lives in Carson. About a 1 hour drive from me with the traffic. She wants to get lunch at a place that is closure to her. About 40min away from me (El Segundo for the LA people). She asks if I can pick her up. This would require me passing the lunch place, picking her up, turning around and returning to the place then driving her back. Is it okay if we just meet there? She has a nice car so that isn't a problem. I also feel that sometimes she uses me.. so the hesitation to pick her up is even greater.
