David, from B2, there's a strong connection between (the very shady) Razor and Upper Deck.

Upper Deck have have an ownership stake in Razor, it's unclear.

There's a lot of talk that Razor, and I think Upper Deck as well, have modified the cut autos that are a big thing right now. They apparently shorten them and/or cut off the top or bottom of some autos to make them fit. They also produce a large amount of the product that sells for hundreds per pack, the stuff Will said Beckett couldn't price realistically.

As an example of the shadiness of Razor is the (co-?)owner's acquisitions of the Inkworks unredeemed autos. He released a limited amount of boxes, each box having 5 auto cards. After he made the announcement, but before the boxes were shipped, his personal ebay account listed a lot of the cards people would be hoping to get in the boxes. The type of cards that could pay for the box, like the Kristen Bell auto from VM season 1. At one point that card was selling on ebay for $75-100, I think. I don't think I've heard of anyone pulling a Bell auto from any of the boxes, and very few if any of the other big autos. Despite them being listed as being included.
