I kinda got bored around the middle of the quiz, so I stopped ranking things as "low/medium/high". That probably changed things up a bit.
I'd rank myself as 12 on Non-Fiscal, and 20 on Fiscal. However, my 20 on Fiscal has to do more with wanting to reform the business practices of government agencies than it does with cutting funding. Using funding cuts/boosts to try and improve efficient use of resources is a recipe for disaster, IMO. Better to train and re-evaluate the agency to maximize the efficient use of resources, and keep the funding the same.
(The whole budgetary process of going "okay, let's throw money at this pile and take money away from this pile" just doesn't work, IMO)
