One Dollar! Got a nice blue and white ceramic duck. It's much too big to go with my other ducks but I couldn't pass up a bargain like that! After that nothing else measured up price-wise so I turned back to home sooner than planned. Besides, it was getting very hot and humid.
When I pulled up to the house where I got the duck, the lady I bought it from was trimming the grass along her driveway with scissors! It was a very nice house, very well maintained. She was selling several Longaberger baskets so it seemed to me she could have afforded a grass trimmer. My back got spasms just watching her bend over to clip.
