She brings coffee to the first four men.

If the first man didn't want coffee, he'd have said "no", because everyone wouldn't have wanted coffee. So he did want coffee. All the way down the line until the fifth man, who didn't want coffee, so he could honestly respond, "no".

The same situation could have happened and the fifth man could have said "yes" if he'd wanted coffee.
