The big spoiler is that the nice newlywed couple (Zahn and RE chick) are actually the killers. Now it's OK for them to act like they are worried about the killers when they are around other people, because they have to keep up their act. However, when there's a scene that's just the two of them, where they deliberately go off by themselves, there's no need to keep up the pretense. So the scene where Zahn tells her to pretend she has to pee and they go off and discuss the other couple being the killers is complete BS.
I immediately noticed that the couple didn't appear in the home video that started the movie, and right away thought of the twist (I do write this sort of thing and tend to see most twists coming), but then discounted it because of the pee scene.
After the reveal, they have about 10 minutes of flashbacks explaining how the nice couple is really deranged and that the weird couple that was doing all these sinister things are actually the good guys.
This movie will totally not hold up if you see it again, but then, since it's not very good, why on earth would you?
