This is completely unacceptable. But where is Consumerist getting 20 hours from?

Flight left Houston 9:23pm Friday night, diverted to Rochester, stayed the night there, then left Rochester at 9:30am Saturday morning. Can't have taken may 45 minutes to get MSP. That would be 13 hours.
That's still completely unacceptable, of course, but I have trust issues with consumerist, and the '20-hour' title isn't helping.
