interestingly, my younger cousin (she's 30) has a fantastic career assessing properties for a big hotel chain and she's secretly taking pro

pastry courses at night so that she can open her own shop in 4-5 years.

it's a big secret because she's on some fast-track professional schedule and they'd be all pissed off if they knew.
