LYC: My basement got flooded last night :(

Nothing major or any structural damage that I can tell but I am going to mention to my Condo Corpo and the property management.

It just seemed to be coming out of the floor (the floor is tiled over a concrete floor) not from the celing, wall or windows. It was not sewage. There was a huge amount of rain during a tstorm last night and I am hoping that some pipe was just overwhelmed and this does not happen regularly. Though I have not noticed any before.
