I did a little research. It appears that AZ allows private businesses to decide whether guns are alllowed or not

If you can deny someone entry for, say, not wearing shoes, you should be able to do the same for someone carrying a gun IMO -- nm

Depends how the law is written, I guess. Businesses in Ohio are allowed to bar firearms from the premises whether the carrier has a permit or not. -- nm
