TTIS: I'm having a problem trying to play one of my Blu-Rays from Netflix - the main menu loads fine, but the minute I press any button to try and

access any screen, the screen instantly goes black.

I called Netflix to see if I could exchange the "damaged" BluRay copy for a regular dvd copy (the answer is no), and they told me it might be a "firmware issue". (I think that's what they said, anyway.)

How would I determine if my player needs an update and if it does, how would I do that?
