just look at the index of japan, the world's 2nd largest economy if you want a demonstration of how things can play out the other way. there aint no such thing as a sure thing.

chances are conditions will improve. i'd buy it as far as likely goes, though i'm still not completely convinced....

oh, and warren buffett also said recently he wanted hank paulson to stay on as treasury secretary. that sure brought him down a peg in my eyes....nm
