Sams is ok, but after being members of both, I've found that Costco has higher quality goods and a larger selection.

Also, you spend about double the amount of time in line waiting to check out at Sam's that what you spend at Costco. They use Walmart's personell policies and do computer scheduling with no lee-way for unexpectedly busy periods.
