Anyone streaming video or gaming on Live wirelessly with the Xbox 360? Is it decent?

Our new house will require some Cat 5 run by a professional if wireless is not good enough. Also, I don't terribly want to spend $100+ on two Xbox wireless adaptors (yes, I have 2 Xboxes and both need to connect to my network) unless they're going to work near flawlessly.
