TiVo didn't record the 12th episode of Better Off Ted, but it did get the 13th one. I don't know what that was about. So, I bought it when it became available.

3 calls and a pair of emails to Amazon later, they tell me that there appears to be a problem with my TiVos. I say that both of them work fine and are able to download files off of my desktop computers. I also point out that they had no problem downloading seasons 1 and 2 of Top Chef earlier in the week. They say, "Even so. You're going to need to call TiVo for instructions on how to proceed."

It's like they're daring me to torrent tv shows.
