This is exactly right. I've grown to love loosi and her rather blunt style.

She's just matter-of-fact about things without realizing that tone in a face-to-face exchange would moderate the harshness of the statement. Tone that gets completely lost here.
And to her credit she does a MUCH better job of taking some of the crap in stride instead of getting personally offended.
