I had a $1 parking charge show up like that once while I was in the middle of nunavut. credit card people told me they had up to 30 days to post the

charges, so you want to question that one. they also told me what sometimes happens with stolen or cloned credit cards is they'll try one small transaction first to see if the card works, then pile up some more expensive stuff.
