If the co-op model was executed properly... it would let everyone know how much of the other insurance providers fees are profit

that could force some responsibility, maybe.
I haven't seen a plan yet that really addressed service cost at all. Real change starts there. The insurance company issues almost take care of themselves if costs become humane.
