end of the day, he was clearly the 2nd best player in this tourney...
as it was, Yang played very well.
much like Tiger last year in the US Open, he hit some great shots when he had to, got fortunate on others, and generally did what he had to to win.
That chip on 14 was amazing. Tiger nukes the iron on 17; Yang hits that beautiful shot on 18; Tiger ends up 6 inches in the deep rough.
You shave 6 inches from any of those, we're writing about the brilliance of Tiger's 15th major win.
He's pissed tonight, but he's hardly going to look in the mirror and wonder if he can still get it done. He just knows he didn't get it done today.
