I cannot believe they let him keep the strap. From a logic standpoint, he's accused of stalking another employee and they somehow reward him?

In what professional environment is that a-ok....even with Rhaka Khan's less-then-stellar reputation backstage.
They continue to throw under WCW in 1999-2001.
