suggested that not only was I stupid for thinking it but that it was an indication of how deeply in love I am with Obama that I would try to rationalize it in such a way.
Hell, I have no idea why Obama doesn't just go in and tell the Dem leadership to get of their asses and do the right thing, but given how ineffective he's been in pushing health care reform, I'm not sure the Dems would give him what he wants.
They seem to be working on a circular firing squad instead of enacting any policy their mandate gives them to power to push through.
