SQL help needed.

I have a table, with Race_ID, Team_ID and Result as my three fields.
For what i'm doing, a crosstab query is *not* viable.
What I want is to make a subquery that gives me the basic outcome of
Team_ID --- Count of Wins --- Count of Losses.
Thoughts?
