I was going to suggest that too. There are management companies that will be responsible for damage and/or theft and Loosi could make a nice chunk of

change. I had some friends who went on a 2 week vacation during the Atlanta olympics (they lived downtownish) and when they came back, their apartment was spotless and they picked up a $5000 check.
