When did people get that lazy that they can not write their own concept? Using the template as a guideline does not bother me. Even using the odd sentance does not bother me. But just changing a couple of words here and there is plagarism and if this was University and it was not attributed, you would get a failing grade.

They are applying for financing and this seriously calls into question their credibility and character which is a large part of business loan assesments now.

The person's plan mnade me check the templates when they said they were applying for a loan from the Small Business Administration (SBA) which is a US government agency.
