I'll look tonight when I get home if you can point me in the right direction.

It's on the back cover of my manual. Also, have you ported your songs from RB1 over to RB2?

Would I be going into XBox marketplace in order to put the code in somewhere? Do it online? Or do I have to be in Rock Band? -- nm

Put in RB1; it'll ask to update, allow it to update. Then in Options; there'll be a choice for Export.
