NYC Pension Fund performing below average, despite (or perhaps because of) City Comptroller (and mayoral candidate) expanding the roster of money managers contracted by the city. Oh, and he ahs received $500,000 in campaign contributions from them as well

I have no idea who's running next year. I never heard of that guy. Bloomberg shouldn't be allowed to run.
