Those are fancy restaurants. I'm talking the places you can find in any city, in almost any neighborhood.

It's easy to find a Chinese restaurant in Mexico and Canada, France, almost anywhere. Indian is common in England, but hasn't made it far out of Indian neighborhoods in the US. But Mexican is creeping into all sort of cities and not as gourmet food. Found it in Edinburgh. Not quite as ubiquitous as Chinese, but getting there.
