Went there when I visited Victoria as a kid and later when I went on a day trip when I lived in Seattle.
The fish was good. All I remember was that is was on the north side of town (more or less) and that it had been around a long time. And that it was blue (and I might not have the blue part right) and the fryers were the same as the ones they have in Scotland.
