CNN is showing extended clips and he is rebutting all the standard GOP canards about the health care proposal.

At one point he actually read the relevant section of one of the bills showing that illegal immigrants wouldn't be getting free coverage.

So, the remark getting the airplay came after quite a bit of ridiculousness from the audience and genuine attempts by Frank to answer the detractors with facts.
