Great, more spaces. Wonderful. Except that it's more and more out of reach to the average person, due to increased costs.

Everything is more expensive - and the help is gone. I'm god-damn lucky I was born when I was; what little college education I have would have been completely unaffordable if I had to take it now. I'd still be trying to get out of college debt.

That's not a good thing. I can only imagine that it's much worse for nurses and doctors in training.

tuition increases are frozen at inflation. in real terms it costs the same to go to UBC today as it did in the mid-'90s. -- nm - mafic Aug 19, 11:26 1
