Yeah, the wikipedia entry on him I read this morning basically credited him with saving Bill's campaign.
I'm just enamored by him being the inspiration of Josh Lyman... and that he seems to be a rather forceful prick. More forceful pricks in charge, rather than the wishy-washy issue-straddlers.
