According to this chart, the 2009 Ontario budget has slated 43% of its revenues for health care (for all, not just the poor and seniors). -- (link)

Looking at BC's budget numbers, they have revenues of $38bil and health care expenses of about $15bil. So, like Ontario, about 40%. -- nm
