...Line item in the budgets of every province on a pure dollar amount. Every year. As a percentage of overall provincial government spending, it goes up and up. And that's before the majority of boomers are really hitting the system full bore.

No one up here has any suggestions on how to slow that down to a sustainable level and within another decade or two, there will be fundamental change with our system as well.
