It has 1 PCIe X16 slot open, so I would say you can upgrade, this link is more understandable

The built in graphics is on the motherboard. It's an Intel video chip, very common among OEM, but not very good on performance.

You would need to look out for PCIe 2.0 Vs. 1.0, yours does not specifically state a 2.0, so it's likely 1.0.
