It's footage of people with animals where the animals attack them. Example from the promo I just saw:

A car is driving through a wildlife park type place, and stops so that the people in the car can see a jaguar or leopard or something. The driver's side window is down. The leopard comes up to the car and I don't know if the driver reaches out toward it, but the leopard leaps up and is halfway in the car, through the window, attacking the driver.
It's all just reality footage of animals attacking people.
